A: Our delivery time is about 3-5 days after payment.

Q2: How about shipping time? 

A: generally 7~10days. We're the VIP of many logistic company's, like DHL, UPS, FEDEX. We can provide the lowest shipping price. 

Q3: Is there any spear parts?

A: Yes, we provide some spear parts with roaster together.

For M2 and M2pro, we provide one more heating tube and maintenance tools

For M10 and M10pro, we provide one more heating tube, two cooling fans and maintenance tools.

Q4: May i know your warranty?

A: One year warranty and lifetime maintenance. If there is any problem with roaster, we will provide online video technical guidance and send you the spear parts to maintenance.
